Biography |
Hi everyone! My name is Ryan Lebar. I am from a small town
called Nipigon, Ontario, Canada (about 1500 people). When my
parents separated, I moved to Thunder Bay. It had more
people.. not much, but more (it had 150,000). I lived there
till I was 18 then moved to Ottawa for a year then I moved
to Toronto.
I had a hard upbringing. My dad disowned me and my mom and
my brother. When I was young, I had to teach myself a lot.
It's hard growing up without a dad. I had none to teach me
how to drive or to play sports with.
My mom is the love of my life. I owe everything to her
because she's always there for me. I did drugs when I was a
teenager then started working out and got off everything. I
had a new high -- it was working out and getting my life
back. If I had never started working out, I would be dead or
in jail right now, I bet. I thank the Lord for directing me
to a path of better living. Now, I am closer than ever to my
dream of making it big as a model and actor. I don't want
people to just say, "wow, he's got a nice body". I want
people to know me because of my talents and skills.
I started modeling 4 years ago and love everything it’s done
for me. Since then I have won a number of titles in several
competitions such as the Hottest Guy in Canada, Mr. Hawaiian
Tropic, Mr. Redd Hott International in Jamaica and placed
second for the past two years in the Mr. CHIN Bikini
competition in Canada. Currently, I am a personal trainer
who really enjoys educating and motivating others to reach
their goals.
As for professional modeling, I’ve taken part in several
assignments, including Alfred Sung’s Spring Collection,
Zebra Studios Calendars (Jocks, Dream Guys and Wrecking
Crew), Redken, X-treme Razors, the Caffery Van Horne
International Hair Show, the Marc Anthony Hair Show and
appeared twice on the cover of fab magazine.
My main goal in life is to become a famous and renowned
actor. It is something that has always been my dream and I
will pursue it to the best of my ability. |
