Ryan Carnes (born December 6, 1982 in Pittsfield, Illinois) is an American actor.

Carnes was the ninth actor to portray Lucas Jones on the ABC soap opera General Hospital from July 2004 until September 2005. After he left General Hospital, he was replaced by Ben Hogestyn.

Since 2005, he has had a recurring role on Desperate Housewives as Justin, the gay lover of Andrew Van De Kamp (Shawn Pyfrom).

Carnes has also starred in the 2004 film Eating Out, and is currently filming a movie called Surf School due out in 2006.

Ryan Carnes is sooo hot<3<3 I love him and Shawn Pyfrom (Justin and Andrew). In my "world" they are together in RL<3 I LOVE THEM!!!
They are bouth geally good acters and they play great together!!
