Biography |
Roberto Manrique is an Ecuadorian model, and actor best
known for his roles in telenovelas. Starting his career in
Ecuador, and later doing telenovelas for Telemundo Network
in Colombia
Roberto is the son of a well known Ecuadorian Cardiologist,
Xavier Manrique, and mother Mencha Manrique a teacher. He
began his work as a known model, modeling in Ecuador, and
other countries in the American Continent. His acting career
began when he did Theater work in Ecuador. After known
Producers noticed his potential, they gave him a chance in
Ecuavisa which is an Ecuadorian television network. He later
moved to the telemundo network and he did a few minor roles
in Victoria, and Dona Barbara. His big break came when they
gave him the lead role as Victorino Manjarres in the
telenovela Victorinos. |
