Biography |
Reynaldo Gianecchini was born in Birigui, near Sao Paulo, on
November 12, 1972. His mother, Heloisa, is a retired
teacher, and his father, Mr. Reynaldo, is a chemistry
professor.
His family continues to live in Birigüi. He always keeps in
touch with his parents and his sisters. He also has his
grandmothers, grandfather, aunts, and cousins. When he
speaks with them, he always say a "benzinho" (greeting), a
"querida" (dear), a "fica com Deus" (God be with you), for
each one of them.
At the age of 6, Reynaldo Gianecchini practiced acting on
the stage of his school in Birigüi, São Paulo. However, his
dream of becoming an actor was delayed by his modeling
career. He graduated with a degree in Law from PUC in São
Paulo in 1997, however he never practiced law.
He was a successful model for two years while living in
Paris. He spent those two years between Paris, New York and
Milan. At one time in he became really depressed. "I earned
a lot of money, but I wasn't happy," he says. He spent six
months without any will to work and he turned to his dream
of being an actor.
Reynaldo often visits the gym. He is able to spend hours
exercising, and the more incredible the machines at the gym,
the happier he is. He goes to the gym almost every day.
Reynaldo is very affectionate and he keeps in touch with his
childhood friends - like engineer Marilza Carneloz, a fellow
student from his time in school.
He is crazy for cinema and he goes to theaters regardless
what is on the screen, at any time and day. Sometimes he
cries at certain scenes. His favorite movie is "Life is
Beautiful."
He knows how to cook a strange rice. He thinks that it is an
al dente (type of pasta). He never opposes going to the
stove and cooking something.
His beauty is his most evident quality. He has a face that
is just as beautiful asleep as it is when he is awake and it
gives you the urge to kiss his lips.
He has an almost discreet laugh and he loves to laugh at
jokes. He has a nice smile, with perfect teeth. He has a
natural sense and good taste and he is in touch with all the
latest trends.
He has a good and almost constant sense of humor. He is
innocent and naive at times, because he believes in the good
faith of others. He likes calmness, staying home and
watching movies at his own leisure. Or ordering food from a
restaurant, staying home for a date, or reading. He loves
reading books about spirituality. He devours weekly
magazines and loves going to book stores with magazine
sections, where he spends hours leafing through fashion
magazines. He looks at magazines because he simply loves
looking at glamorous and beautiful women. He has already
worked with and been photographed with many 'goddesses' and
is a fan of Madonna and Gisele Bundchen.
