Biography |
Rafael Ernesto, born December 4, in Habana, is a Cuban
actor, best known for his role as Tony in the Cuban film,
"Mañana" (Tomorrow).
Ernesto started studying at the National School of Art at
the age of 14 honing his craft and constantly striving to be
the best actor he can be. By age 17, he was already starring
in several TV series including the adventure drama, "The
Count of Monte Cristo," and later worked as a driver for the
program "A Moverse."
By the end of 2005, Ernesto landed a good role in the TV
series, "Karma" and finally, he made his film debut in the
hit Cuban movie, "Mañana" (Tomorrow). He remembered he was
initially cast for a minor role but after he read the
script, the director liked him so much that he gave him the
main role. At this point, everything was going great for
Rafael, and his career kicked into overdrive.
In the following years, Ernesto starred in several movies
including "El Viajero Inmóvil," "Rojo Vivo", and "La Noche
de los Inocentes." |
