Mariano Martínez, born December 5, 1978, in La Boca, Buenos
Aires, Argentina, is an Argentinean actor.
Martínez's first TV appearance came at the age of 16, when
he received a small role in the TV series, "La Leyenda de un
hombre malo." When he reached 18, he already has had a
number of television credits to his name, including popular
soap operas "R.R.D.T"; "Nena, La" and "Por siempre
mujercitas", among others.
In 1998, Martinez landed his first feature film in the
critically-acclaimed drama, "El Faro", about two Argentine
sisters, Memé and Aneta, who lost their mother in a car
crash.
After his role in the hit soap series, "Campeones de la
vida", as Valentín D'Alessandro, Martinez has been working
steadily since then, including "Alma pirata" as Benicio and
most recently landed the role of Juan in "Plumiferos." |
