Biography |
A.J. Draven is an American actor, producer and Martial Arts
artist.
A.J. has 3 feature films under his belt which he has taken
through the entire process from story development to
distribution. He is developing several projects and owns the
options and/or rights to over six films with In-Motion
Pictures. A.J. has also produced various new media/mobile
content and is venturing into comic book production.
A.J. filmed the lead role in Disarmed, playing Captain Kyle
Fierson, a marine hunted by terrorists and betrayed by the
country he defends. In BloodWars (formerly known as The
Thirst), A.J. played the lead role of Will Hawkins, a
student who gets caught between an eternal war between
vampires and a group of hunters called sentries. He also was
one of the leads (Ray-Ray) in In-Motion Pictures' film
Project Fear, in post production as of 2008.
While proficient in various martial arts (Muay Thai Kick
Boxing, MMA, and now Escrima) A.J. has risen to the top of
the Krav Maga Worldwide Organization. Being one of only a
select few Black Belts in this brutal, street fighting
system, he has built a solid reputation as one of the most
talented up-and-comers in the self-defense/martial arts
world. He has now coordinated and choreographed the martial
arts in 2 feature films, and has trained and choreographed
actors for various television shows including ABC's Alias
and Traveler. |

Black belt in Krav Maga.
Has a dog named Brucely, named for his idol. Recently
acquired another mutt, named Stanley - for the Stanley cup
and comic book legend.
